Navakaraṇa Vinyāsa
Navakaraṇa Vinyāsa is my personal yoga practice. The term is a Sanskrit term that refers to the method in which the 9 units of movements (nava = nine/new + karaṇa = unit of movement) are harmoniously put into a composition (vinyāsa) to create a sequence (krama). Navakaraṇa Vinyāsa™ is a method developed by Dario Calvaruso over 20 years of study, practice and research based on the ancient practice of Karaṇas methodologically re-systematised for vinyāsa practice and teaching. It is life-changing, transformative and will enchant you from the second or third class so give it a chance :)
